If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a store credit.
Apothecary, vintage, periodicals, candles and undergarments are final sale.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
Please note: We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return the order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We do have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
